I purchased a 2013 BMW X5 there in Feb 2022. On the lot I couldn’t open the hood but figured it was operator error and since the car was up on a lift it didn’t really matter to me. When I went to have a 99 point inspection a month later it was determined that the hood mechanism was defective and... would cost $300. (Lesson learned on my end.) However, Selden offered to pay ½ the price of the repair and since that I have loved driving my now 11 year old vehicle. The car had low miles but age is usually a factor. So far not the case here. Justin was awesome!! He was very kind and patient. Justin accompanied us on many test drives without knowing whether or not we'd make a purchase. Justin was a really good salesman, and not too pushy. We were pleased regarding the ambiance of the establishment which seemed to have a laid-back typed ...style. Furthermore, if you're looking for a new vehicle, give Justin a call! From the time we called to inquire about a specific vehicle, and to the time we came in and tested drive the vehicle and purchased the vehicle, their service was top notched. Their customer service is e...xcellent, the fleet of cars are plentiful and you have lots of options to choose from. We are very pleased with our vehicle. The whole team at Selden Motors was phenomenal. My buying experience was fantastic and I felt comfortable the whole process. No hard sell, the car sold itself but they didn’t put any pressure on me for anything. They threw in an oil change and it was an overall great experience. First, I only give five stars at restaurants. That said getting four is really good from me. These guys were great. The only hiccup was trying to get the car delivered. Jake was friendly, Scott was helpful and Rich was just an all around professional, as was all the staff I encountered. I would reco...mmend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a quality used car.I’ll probably go to them for the next purchase I need to make as long as they have a GT-R. Show more

My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing our much sought after vehicle we finally found from Seldon Motors this past weekend and I must say it was a very seamless, comfortable and satisfying experience. The vehicle we purchased was priced very appropriately, we received a very good offer for our... trade in and we’re able to purchase a great warranty as well. Everyone we dealt with were honest and friendly including Scott our salesman and they even stayed past closing hours on a Saturday to complete our sale.
